We oversaw implementation of the stormwater construction site monitoring program for the Caltrans Risk Level 2 highway construction project during wet and dry weather. We performed stormwater (CGP) support to the contractor in deploying temporary BMPs, CGP construction site monitoring, reporting and filings in SMARTS.
