Sandy Bergam, PE, PLS, QSD/P, WPCM

Sandy brings her 25+ years of engineering, surveying and planning to iWalk. She has helped municipal, development and industrial partners make sense of complicated projects…from large scale manufacturing product launches and 2,700 acre master planned community entitlements, to community traffic studies, real estate due diligence analysis, topographic and boundary surveys and civil improvement plans, and stormwater permit compliance program oversight for two, high-profile transportation projects and many smaller ones. She has applied Cal Poly’s can-do, learn-by-doing philosophy by recruiting talented personnel who find purpose in helping through iWalk.

Meet the Team

iWalk is a team of civil engineers, surveyors, and stormwater geeks helping project owners, construction teams, environmental scientists and project managers build projects for California communities.

  • Stormwater Inspector

    Tom brings more than 20 years of heavy construction experience to the iWalk team. He has been known to offer quiet leadership on the soccer and softball fields as “Coach Tom'' and not-so-quiet voice cheering on his favorite players (his kids, nieces and nephews and beloved Giants). Tom can be found on iWalk job sites, observing stormwater issues and helping the team maintain permit compliance using his influence and effective and timely communication.

  • Office Engineer

    Theresa jumped into the iWalk team with 15 years of municipal engineering and program management support experience. Her love of family and Minecraft bring fun and fantasy to her teams. Her drive and quiet persistence are anchoring forces for the stormwater and engineering teams with prospects of helping small municipalities with project management as the needs arise. She is fearless in the face of complex reporting websites, software, processes…and college tuition.

  • Talent & Report Writer

    Cassy landed as a key talent geek shepherding iWalk processes and people through all aspects of our culture. Her passion for inclusion and work-life balance shows up in her love of plants, music and her puppy. She’s bringing her belief that technology should serve the needs of humans by taking the lead making iWalk talent systems support and enhance her teammates effectiveness and joy. She is growing iWalk by implementing training and standard operating procedures, process improvements, system implementations, employee benefit development, talent and performance, etc.
