We oversee implementation of the stormwater construction site monitoring program for 22 miles of High-Speed Rail construction during wet and dry weather. We perform stormwater (CGP) and 401 WQC conditions support for guideway, roadways and utility construction, CGP construction site monitoring, reporting and filings in SMARTS. We assist the contractor with required and special training and have regular interaction with HSR (PCM) through weekly meetings.
